Torc Ecology has the necessary experience and expertise in surveying for protected species to undertake efficient/pragmatic surveys from which an impact assessment can be made.
Our surveyors apply suitable approaches and hold relevant survey licences from Natural England. All our surveys are carried out in accordance with current best practice guidelines.
Sometimes referred to a 'Phase 2' surveys, the need for these will often be identified during the Preliminary Ecological Appraisal.
